Debra and Sue believed that a work experience as a stock clerk could be a good match between the employer's business needs and Savannah's interests and abilities. It could free up the store clerk's time for customer service while using Savannah's sorting and organizing skills.

They agreed to run it by Savannah and her family, who approved the idea.

Miss Sue contacted the marketplace owner to inquire about the possibility. The employer, Erika, agreed.

Together, Debra and Miss Sue outlined the Work Experience plan. (See next page.)

They also created a checklist to help Savannah with pictures to help Savannah remember her duties and stay on track. (See next page.)

They emailed the plan to the employer, Savannah, and her folks for review. The employer emailed back her approval. Savannah's parents approved the plan, too.
